Here you can find people and all over Cyprus that teach Jazz dances and/or have an active community
The Nicosia Community
One of the oldest swing and lindy hop commmunities in the island, that has been active since 2015! You can find our Lindy Hop classes every Wednesday! This community started Prodromos and all together now we keep it strong!
You can Spot us grooving with the Misharoz Jazz Band aka the pink gecko with our semi-regular social parties on Sundays at Kala Kathoumena. You will also find us practicing or having an impromptu social practise party, often, in the parks and squares of downtown Nicosia.
Sometmes you will also get a glimpse of us at Sarah's Jazz club!

The Limassol Community
The newest and very energetic swing and Lindy hop community of the island! Alina & Konstantin, built an active swing dance commmunity in Limassol, since spring of 2024 they have been hosting bi-weekly lessons in Limassol and now they have added Solo Jazz and Blues Classes in their schedule!
They have a new Beginners course starting April 22nd!

All the community having fun during a social dance party in the Agora in Limassol.
Their monthly social parties usually held in Agora, Limassol, is a chance for all the community to come together, with workshops, good company and conversation and some times live music from the Trio in Cahoots! They create an awsome atmosphere full of energy and fun!
The Paphos community
This hub of lindy hoppers was initiated by Nicola in Kato Paphos in 2023! She consistantly lead weekly workshops for free! This community is all about getting more people to start dancing! Since then more and more people joined, Nicola along with Luba and Dmitry teach weekly lindy hop classes, Anna teaches Authentic Solo Jazz workshops and Anastasia & Alex teach Balboa workshops!

You can find Paphian lindy hoppers dancing regularly in the Municipal Baths of Paphos or the Town Hall, along with taster classes of all kinds (Lindy Hop, Charleston, Solo Jazz, and Balboa) and when it's called outside you will find them at the Groovy Garden Cafe Bar!
